Shipping & Returns

Every KIRAKI tee is made after you order it, then shipped to you. Here is how long that takes, what shipping costs, and how returns work.

Made for you

Essential 01 typically takes about 5 days to make. Performance 01 and Sleep 01 typically take about one week. Production time and delivery time are separate, so please allow for both.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order, starting from about $5.65. Any free-shipping offer will be shown on the website when it is available. After dispatch, estimated delivery is about 7 days.

We email a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To change an order or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes can't be guaranteed once production or shipping is underway.

Free returns and exchanges

Returns are free within 30 days. Exchanges are accepted within the same 30 days. To start one, email admin@kiraki.shop with your order number and we'll explain the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and get back to you.
